Adult Clinic Services

  • Walk In Clinic
  • A Sliding Fee Discount Program will be provided to eligible persons based on the patient’s ability to pay.  Ability to pay is determined by the household size and annual income relative to a discount schedule based on federal poverty income guidelines
  • All Testing is Confidential; Anonymous HIV Testing by request
  • HIV testing is free
  • Fees for STD testing are on a sliding fee basis
  • Services cannot be denied based upon income or inability to pay
  • Bring Valid Picture ID
  • All Insurance will be billed; bring insurance card (if covered)
  • Donations accepted
  • Clinic may close early due to client volume or staffing.

We are very interested in meeting the health needs of our clients. To better serve you, we allow only infants, in a car seat, into the exam room. We request that you, please make arrangements for childcare for other children.

Sexually Transmitted Disease Testing and Treatment

Testing and treatment for syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia, trichomoniasis are available at the Health Department on a limited basis.

Clients may be referred elsewhere to be tested and treated for other diseases.

Services can not be denied based upon income or the inability to pay.

HIV Counseling and HIV Testing

Public health professionals counsel clients before and during testing process. Confidential Testing, Anonymous Testing by request.

HIV Partner Counseling and Referral Services (PS)

Positive test results for HIV are to be reported to the local health department by physicians, hospitals, clinics and other testing sites. The GCHD follows-up on these reports with partner counseling, testing, and referral as needed.

The HIV/AIDS Support services are provided to people with HIV/AIDS include: primary medical care, mental health services, case management, transportation, housing, emergency financial assistance, and information.
