We want to meet the health needs of our clients. To better serve you, we allow only infants, in a car seat, into the exam room. We request that you please make childcare arrangements for other children.
The Health Department will be closed January 18, 2021 in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

Public health professionals will counsel clients before and during the testing process. Testing is confidential. Anonymous testing is available upon request.
What You Need to Know About HIV Testing
Positive test results for HIV are to be reported to the local health department by physicians, hospitals, clinics and other testing sites. GCHD follows-up on these reports with partner counseling, testing, and referral as needed.

The HIV/AIDS support services which are provided to individuals living with HIV/AIDS include: primary medical care, mental health services, case management, transportation, housing, emergency financial assistance, and information.
